Companies told to submit PF dividend
KANCHEEPURAM: The district administration has urged all the companies to submit the dividend for provident fund (PF) of employees to the Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Board within a month.
Kancheepuram Labour Inspector A Gnanasekaran said there was no upper limit for paying the provident fund.
He said the dividend for all employees, who had worked for more than 30 days, should be paid by the companies.
The district administration would initiate legal action against companies failing to pay the PF dividend, under the Revenue Recovery Act, he added.
